In-Person
Come to 4600 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland. You may register in advance or walk in on the day. Complete your intake form online ahead of time, or we'll assist you on arrival.

How much does a consultation cost?
We offer same-day, reduced-rate flat-fee consultations. Under our Proud to Pay Promise, if you are not satisfied, you do not pay.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions are up to 30 minutes per matter. Extended sessions may be available depending on complexity and attorney availability.
What should I bring?
Any relevant documents (leases, contracts, court notices, correspondence). Completing your intake form beforehand helps your attorney prepare.
Can I talk to a specific attorney?
You may indicate a preference when booking, but assignments are made by staff on clinic day based on availability and area of expertise.
Is my session confidential?
Yes. All consultations are protected by attorney-client privilege. Virtual sessions use private, encrypted Zoom breakout rooms.
What if I can't make it to my appointment?
Please call us at 216-404-2406 as soon as possible so another community member can take your slot.
